2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Suhail P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons murdered informant's sister for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased having no concern with day to day affairs of the deceased. She is an old lady and is under custody since 27.05.2024. It has also been submitted that when the informant came to know the real fact, he filed a compromise petition. It is further submitted that the allegation

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Suhail P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make hereself available as and when required by the court.
