The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201 and 120 (B)/34 of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that on getting information on his official mobile Prem Raj Chauhan, S.H.O. Bahadurpur rushed to the place of occurrence and found a dead body of woman lying near Nand Nagar, Saidpur colony and with the help of staff of Municipal Corporation he pulled out the dead body and the he examined it and found that she was strangulate to death and thrown in a canal to conceal it.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 9.2.2015. Charge-sheet has been

The petitioner is a lady and there is no eye witness to the occurrence. On behalf of the State and counsel for the informant it is submitted that during investigation involvement of the petitioner has transpired.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ved Prakash Modi, J.M. 1st Class, Patna City in Bahadurpur P.S.
