This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is purchaser from the holder of power of attorney of the informant. The holder of power of attorney, Mukesh Kumar, has already been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30369 of 2017 vide order, dated 24.07.2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even if the allegation is assumed to be correct the petitioner was cheated in transaction and he not a cheater. Considering the fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 224 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the
