The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 143, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the first information report and that there is no evidence that the petitioner has been restraining the police from discharging duty , the allegations appears to be fully ornamental in nature, let the
