The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of making attempt to commit rape upon the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-09-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village politics. No rape is alleged to have been committed. There is no medical examination report to support the allegation made in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Chapra at Saran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 717 of 2018 arising out of IsuapurP.S. Case No. 73 of 2017.
