The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One Chotu Kumar @ Vishal Kumar Singh was apprehended who disclosed about the petitioner Raju Kumar and from possession of this petitioner Raju Kumar one country made pistol and live cartridge were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 27.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28332 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Srivastava, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Maniyari P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014.
