14-12-2016 At the very outset, Sri Rakesh Narayan Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on instruction of Sri Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since Sri Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey has now become law officer, he is not in a position to appear in this case on behalf of petitioner and as such, on his instruction, he is appearing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel, Sri Parth Sarthi, learned counsel for Bihar School Examination Board as well as Sri S.C.Jha, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of private opposite parties. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 16584 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 01-04-2016, due to non-prosecution.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the ground set-forth in the petition, same is allowed.
Patna High Court MJC No.1412 of 2016 (4) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 Let C.W.J.C. No. 16584 of 2011 be restored to its original file.
