Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 7.1.2015 the informant had gone to Uma Shankar Gas Agency for getting number of his Gas and parked his bike outside and went inside in queue but when after some time he came out he found his motor cycle missing. He made search but the same could not be traced out.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 21.3.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26104 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner's name has come in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj, in Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.12/15.
