Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipality to consider his claim for regularization on Class IV post in the Zila Parishad, Muzaffapur in light of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Secy. State of Karnataka and Others Vs. Uma Devi, reported in (2006)4 SCC 1.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in light of the observation made in the case of Uma Devi (Supra).
