JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 Mr. Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the first information report of Jadopur P. S. Case No. 70 of 2016 registered on 26.09.2016 under Sections 420, 467, 448 and 478/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, during the pendency of the application, the police have already submitted charge-sheet and cognizance has been taken. He has submitted that in view of the subsequent developments, this application has become infructuous. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
