1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on account of previous enmity. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63442 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.
