Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Raju Kumar Yadav @ Raju Kumar and Sudam Kumar Yadav @ Suadama Kumar Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Randhir Kumar Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka, in connection with Katoria P.S.Case No. 223 of 2014.
