JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2017 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court by order dated 27.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 17943 of 2017 and prayer for other petitioners has been allowed by the said order by granting anticipatory bail to them.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that this application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail only on humanitarian ground as the petitioner is an old person and there is dispute between the parties.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and considering the aforesaid submission, this application is disposed of with a direction that

No.36441 of 2017 (2) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 petitioner should surrender within two weeks before the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit and also considering his age and material available on record, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
