2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 627 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 28.04.2023.

4. It is alleged that unknown criminals looted motorcycle and mobile from the informant.

5. The F.I.R was registered against unknown and name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66458 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-XII, Muzaffarpur (East) in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 627 of 2022.

7. The petitioner will visit Sakra Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
