Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and the first information report as well as further statement of informant reflect that illegal demand was made by the husband of the deceased. Moreover, in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that deceased committed suicide. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
