2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ of certiorari or writ of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16042 of 2025(3) dt.31-03-2026 2/3 appropriate nature, order or direction quashing/setting aside the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by Sri Ravindra Patwari, learned Member (Judicial), The Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 775 of 2023, whereby and where under, the order dated 04.07.2023 passed by the Additional Collector, Gopalganj in Mutation Revision Case No.

34/2021-22; the order dated 08.11.2021 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Hathua, Gopalganj in Mutation Appeal No. 48/2021-22;

and the order dated 19.03.2020 passed by the Circle Officer, Uchkagaon, Gopalganj in Mutation Case No. 2303/2019-20 have been set aside inappropriately, without any cogent reasoning. The impugned order/judgment of learned P.O of the Tribunal is bad and perverse in law and fit to be set aside. The petitioner also prays for an ad-interim order staying the impugned order dt. 26.06.2025 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 775 of 2023 during pendency of this case as well as well as for issuance of any other

Patna High Court CWJC No.16042 of 2025(3) dt.31-03-2026 3/3 appropriate writ / writ, order / orders, direction / directions for which the petitioner would be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. In this case, on 04.11.2025, notice was issued to respondent nos. 5 to 12. As it was a peremptory order and not complied, it stood dismissed on 18.11.2025.
