The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is neither the owner of the alleged vehicle nor he has concern with the contraband foreign liquor. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
