The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under sections 341, 323/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 249 of 2014.
It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the informant died a natural death being of advance age. It is also submitted that the informant had died one week after the alleged occurrence at her own residence. Mr. A. P.P. assisted by the learned counsel for the informant states on the basis of paragraph 32 of the case diary that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28129 of 2015 (5) dt.29-04-2016 the informant had sustained six injuries including on the head and she was, accordingly, referred to P.M. C.H. for treatment. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed.
