In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No.24 of 2017 (G.R. No.103 of 2017), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/324/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have opened fire, causing injury on the thigh of the informant. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
