JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that co-accused Pintu Singh fired on the informant but did not cause injury to the informant but the fire of other co-accused Avinash caused injury on the left thy of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of firing is not specific against the petitioner and coaccused Kanhaiya Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26250 of 2015. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
