This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the petitioners are specifically alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant and at the head of Sunita Kumari. The doctor had found injuries on the persons of both the injured.

Considering the fact that the petitioners had knowledge that their act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
