2. On 16.07.2014 also, the matter was dismissed for non prosecution but later on restored by order dated 08.09.2017 in M.J.C. No. 4614 of 2014. Even today, the position is the same and nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the petitioner has moved the Court after 25 years of the cause of action having arisen i.e., the superannuation of her late husband and further eight years after his death.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid position, the writ petition stands dismissed.
