Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.8.2014 but according to the prosecution case itself, stolen motorcycles were recovered from the house of co-accused Pawan Singh who disclosed only to this extent that the petitioner had given stolen motorcycle to him. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Jalalpur P.S.
