The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case no. 17 of 2019, registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by Sagar Kumar Singh and Birbal Kumar, who used to do job in the brick-kiln of petitioner. Thereafter, informant went at the brick-kiln of petitioner and made request to return his daughter, but he did not give any heed on it and on false pretext petitioner stopped the informant at his brick-kiln.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the owner of brick-kiln, where Sagar Kumar

No.57597 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Singh and Birbal Kumar used to do the work as labourers and who are said to be kidnapped the daughter of informant, but with ulterior motive, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
