2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69394 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/3 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners along with others are said to have entered the house of the informant and started assaulting the informant and his family members, due to which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties and members of both parties have sustained injuries. He further submitted that the injuries received by the prosecution side are simple in nature. It is next submitted that the petitioners having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down
