The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B, 341, 323 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner, who is husband of the daughter of the informant, who was done to death in other than natural circumstances in her matrimonial home within seven years of her marriage, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
