Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only substantial grievance which has remained to be redressed is in respect of payment of full pension, for the period August, 2010 to March, 2014. It is his contention that for the said period only provisional pension has been paid to the petitioner. He has also submitted that the petitioner is receiving full pension from April, 2014.

However, from the authority slip issued by the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna, on 6.11.2012, I find that payment of pension at the rate of Rs. 14,620/- has been authorized in his favour with effect from 01.08.2010.

The said authority slip has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Patna, on 06.11.2012. I do not find any reason why the petitioner would be getting or would have received only provisional pension for the said period, after issuance of the authority slip, dated 06.11.2012.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner approaches the Treasury Officer, Patna, for payment of full pension for the said period, if not already paid, the Treasury Officer, Patna shall ensure that the said amount is paid forthwith.

This disposes of the application.
