Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court, dated 02.12.2015, passed in Cr. Revision No. 493 of 2014, needs to be reviewed as the said order has been passed on wrong submission made. Review is not permissible in a criminal proceeding and, therefore, there is no merit in this application.

It is clarified that the said amount of Rs.

3,000/- shall be payable to the petitioner from the date with effect from which the maintenance amount was directed to be paid by the learned Court below.
