JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2024 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 22.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23419 of 2023.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 352 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The petitioner is a hardened criminal and he is accused in two more cases of murder apart from the present case. He is also involved in a case of Dacoity.

5. The involvement of the petitioner in the present case has come during investigation and as per the report of the trial Court, the trial of the petitioner is to be concluded within nine months.

6. In view of the above, this Court finds no new ground to grant bail to the petitioner.
