The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/188/353/332/431/323 of the Indian Penal Code. A crowd of 200-250 people had obstructed the road traffic and they refused to obey the order of the public servant. The petitioners and others were identified among the crowd.
