The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 (S.T. No. 162 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 413/414/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was found riding a stolen motorcycle with co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2023 and has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66838 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 (S.T. No. 162 of 2023).

The petitioner will visit Lariya Tard Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
