Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. One co-accused, Ashok Tanti was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of petitioner and several other persons and on the basis of aforesaid disclosure, petitioner was made accused in the present case. Case No. 402 of 2014.
