Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. One co-accused, Ashok Tanti was arrested and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of petitioner and several other persons and on the basis of aforesaid disclosure, petitioner was made accused in the present case. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been remanded in several cases by local police without any evidence and moreover, co-accused, Ashok Tanti has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 402 of 2014.
