JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 This application has been filed seeking quashing of the First Information Report of Chandi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2012 disclosing offence under Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act. I do not find any ground for quashing of the First Information Report as the allegation contained therein constitutes the cognizable offence.

This application is accordingly, dismissed.

The petitioners shall have liberty to raise all such plea as has been taken in the present application at the stage of framing of charge or any other subsequent stage as I have not gone into the merit or correctness of the case.
