JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Teghra P. S. Case No. 180 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 384, 385, 324, 326, 307, 34 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of demand of Rangdari and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired, which hit on the leg of the informant. It appears that petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that at that time petitioner was present at Teghra Police Station and as such, allegation is false and concocted. The injury report was obtained from a private hospital.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60258 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 for anticipatory bail on the ground that injury report also shows that one injury was found on the leg of the informant. Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
