JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The present contempt petition is related to noncompliance of direction as contained in order dated 11.02.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7357 of 2012 to the effect that in case representation is filed within a period of two weeks, the respondent no.4, Circle Officer, Hullasganj, District - Jehanabad shall get the area measured with respect to the plot nos. 10 and 17 on the requisite cost being deposited by the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the land in question has been measured by

Under the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, I find that the order under contempt has been complied by the respondents. Hence, no further action is required to be taken in this application. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.
