JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-325, 307, 379 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per written report, there is specific allegation against these petitioners of assaulting with back side of Farsa and Lathi, causing injury on the face and near ear of the informant. The case diary has been received in this case. The learned APP has submitted that the doctor has found two injuries on the person of the injured, i.e. lacerated wound 2"x1/4" muscle deep on left side of thigh and lacerated wound 2"x1/4" muscle deep on middle of scalp and both injuries were found to be dressed and stitched. There is specific allegation against both these petitioners. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39453 of 2017 (3) dt.13-09-2017 anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
