ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/447/323/307/ 338/380/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Manoj Sahni who is said to have fired from country-made rifle whereas the petitioner is said to have participated in damaging and looting the tobacco crops and abusing the family members of the informant.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that no specific role of shot has been attributed to the petitioner, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest /

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62363 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
