The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The complainant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and other in-laws. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant they above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
