The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is specific allegation against co-accused Shiv Kumar Sardar. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
