The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Gopalpur Rangra P.S. Case No.214 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 380, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As the petitioners had actively participated in commission of offence in which sister of the informant was given axe blow by co-accused Sipak Kumar causing grievous injury to her, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md. S/- U T
