Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basantpur Lakri Nabiganj (OP) P.S. Case No. 292 of 2022, lodged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the allegation of Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code is there in the F.I.R. against 9 accused persons including the present petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of informant's daughter has been solemnized with the son of petitioner against whom the allegation of killing is there in the F.I.R. He further submits that petitioner is mother-in-law

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62418 of 2022(2) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 of deceased who is aged about 60 years. He also submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2022 having clean antecedent and she is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon her.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above that petitioner is mother-in-law of deceased, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Basantpur Lakri Nabiganj (OP) P.S. Case No. 292 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
