This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Belaganj P.S. Case No. 247 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is direct allegation against her of demand of dowry and torture of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
