JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Petitioners being mother and married sister of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture and performing second marriage. It is alleged against the petitioners that they assaulted and abused the mother and sister of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioners are ladies, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

No.18742 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
