2. Having regard to the above fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy to file an appeal against the final order passed by the DRT, Patna, in S.A. No. 154 of 2023, dated 23.07.2024, before the DRAT, Allahabad, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 23.07.2024, passed in S.A. No. 154 of 2023 before the DRAT, Allahabad, this Writ Petition is disposed of. (A. Abhishek Reddy , J) Shamshad/- U
