Criminal Miscellaneous No.17850 of 2015 wherein Birendra Mahto @ Master, Geeta Devi are the petitioners while Criminal Miscellaneous No.27388 of 2015 wherein Sujeet Kumar is the petitioner commonly originate out of Chakia P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17850 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 Case No.279 of 2013 and on account thereof, both have been heard together and are being disposed of by a common order. On account of demand of rangdari to a tune of Rs.10 lacs through Sim No.8804807513 over Sim No.9934099600 belonging to the informant, instant case has been registered.

From perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that all the petitioners are charge sheeted however, there happens to be absence of connecting material to justify complicity of all the petitioners save and except extra judicial confessional statement of Raushan Kumar Singh who was apprehended in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.149 of 2014 as is evident from paras-44, 45 of the case diary.

Accordingly, petitioners Birendra Mahto @ Master, Geeta Devi, Sujeet Kumar each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of lSri Pravin Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.279 of 2013.
