JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that by order dated 24-07-2015, petitioner has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail but inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the petition, ACJM, Jhanjharpur has wrongly been mentioned in place of ACJM, Madhubani and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 24-07-2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition during course of the day.

Accordingly, the order dated 24-07-2015 is modified to the extent that the word "ACJM, Jhanjharpur" mentioned in the order be read as "ACJM, Madhubani". All the terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 24-07-2015.
