JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 This application is filed for modification of order dated 16.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47340 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail on 16.02.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47340 of 2015 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the Court of Chief Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 691 of 2012, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as order in Cr. Misc. No. 47340 of 2015 on 16.02.2016 be further extended by four weeks from today in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19484 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 691 of 2012 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 16.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47340 of 2015 is modified to the above extent.
