The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 14.07.2012 vide Memo No.

2125, issued under the seal and signature of the District Education Officer, Munger (R-5) by which, the service of the petitioner was dismissed with effect from the date of his appointment as on 07.12.2012, and further for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the concerned respondents authorities for reinstatement

Patna High Court CWJC No.3799 of 2014 (3) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher, who has became victim of an arbitrary and malafide action of the respondents."

It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in light of the order passed vide Memo No. 559 dated 24.04.2015 by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger, no substantive relief remains to be granted to the petitioner and the present writ application has become infructuous. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ application stands disposed of being infructuous.
