2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2016 in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 114 of 2011 for the alleged offences under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of another case in which the informant's husband was made an accused for the kidnapping of petitioner's sister. After investigation final form has been submitted, but cognizance has been taken on the basis of the statement of the informant. The co-accused Styendra Giri @ Satyendra Giri has already been granted bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21939 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 49455 of 2013.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 114 of 2011.
