JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 504/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that petitioner assaulted with sharp cutting weapon to the brother of the informant on his head.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report reflects two lacerated injuries caused by hard and blunt substance though the same has been found to be grievous in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that injury report does not corroborate the accusation, let the petitioner, above named,
